We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Expert to lead the integration workstreams within a large-scale SAP Transformation project. The ideal candidate will architect, design, and ensure seamless integration between SAP modules (S/4HANA, BTP, RISE with SAP) and various non-SAP platforms, aligning with overall digital transformation objectives.

• Define integration strategies, frameworks, and reference architectures for SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., internal applications, cloud platforms, third-party solutions).
• Lead the technical design, configuration, and implementation of integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, BTP, and other middleware.
• Develop and govern integration patterns including APIs, IDocs, RFCs, OData/services, and data migration touchpoints.
• Ensure integration scalability, performance, security, and best practices across multiple projects.
• Evaluate new SAP integration technologies and recommend adoption, including API Management, Event Mesh, Cloud Integration, and third-party connectors.
• Collaborate with SAP and non-SAP delivery teams to ensure robust integration realization and post-go-live support.
• Oversee data flow, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of integration issues.
• Conduct technical due diligence, integration health checks, and recommend improvements.
• Define migration strategies for legacy integrations to S/4HANA and hybrid/cloud models.
• Review and approve technical specifications for integration objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, etc.).

• Partner with IT, business teams, and external vendors to align integration strategy with transformational business goals.
• Act as the subject matter expert/advisor for integration best practices and technical governance.
• Communicate integration status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

• At least 8+ years, 10+ years’ SAP experience, including 5+ years in integration roles.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, BTP, and hybrid integration landscape.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration scenarios (IDoc, RFC, OData, Web Services) and non-SAP platforms (Salesforce, Workday, Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Experience architecting and delivering end-to-end integration solutions in large SAP transformations.
• Knowledge of cloud migration strategies, API-led connectivity, and integration monitoring.
• Familiarity with SAP’s Clean Core principles and extensibility models.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to explain complex integration in business terms.

• SAP Certified Technology or Integration Architect.
• Experience with RISE with SAP migrations and SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience with automation (RPA, AI/ML) in SAP environments.
• Experience in regulated industry projects (manufacturing, BFSI, utilities, or healthcare).
• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture/integration certification.
