SAP HCM with GCC Payroll Consultant

Position: SAP HCM Consultant – GCC Payroll
Experience: 10-12 Years
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Onsite / WFO
Notice Period: 3-4 Weeks

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with GCC Payroll expertise to support and implement SAP HCM and payroll solutions for GCC countries. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM, Payroll, Personnel Administration, and country-specific payroll processes.

• Configure and support SAP HCM and GCC Payroll processes.
• Handle Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.
• Strong understanding of GCC payroll requirements and statutory processes.
• Work on payroll configuration, wage types, schemas, PCRs, and payroll processing.
• Handle payroll integration with Finance (FI/CO) and other SAP modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Support testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production deployment.
• Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide user support, training, and knowledge transfer.

• 10-12 years of overall SAP HCM experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Proven experience in GCC Payroll implementations/support.
• Good knowledge of PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll processes.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA HCM.
• Knowledge of GCC country payroll requirements such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, or Bahrain.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
